If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will refund your fees in full. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than three weeks before the seminar. After that date, refunds are dependent on us finding an alternative participant to fill your place at short notice.
If your welcome pack has already been sent out, we may choose to charge a small £10 cancellation admin fee.
In the highly unlikely event that the whole seminar should have to be cancelled, the liability of York Antiquarian Book Seminar and it's organizers to a potential participant shall be limited to the full refund of course fees received from that student
Networking is a crucial part of the seminar experience, and we share participant's contact details with the other students, speakers, and faculty from that same year group to enable contact between students. Your contact details will never be shared beyond your year group or passed on to third parties. You can opt out of sharing your contact details during the registration process.
